My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the shower was hot and the room was spacious. However, the room was not soundproof, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Despite this, the hotel's amenities were a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel in the Philippines. Despite making a special request for an early check-in due to my transit, I was met with unresponsiveness from the staff. When I arrived, I was surprised to be charged an additional fee for my early check-in, which I had already paid for. The front office staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, making my stay even more frustrating.

I had high hopes for my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my room fell short of expectations. The air conditioning in Room 319 was not functioning properly, and the bedsheets, towels, and pillowcases were stained and looked unclean. Additionally, the yellow lighting in the room was not ideal, and I wish they had offered white lighting as an option. Lastly, I was surprised to find out that some rooms allowed smoking, which I would have preferred to avoid.
