The rooms, food, and service were excellent. Nothing to add.

I went there to check in and the front‑office lady was yelling at me. I told her I had a booking, and she said I should have come on time, but I didn’t know that from anyone at the property. She also yelled at us while my children were playing there, told us the park was closed, and told us not to park our car inside the premises. She claimed to be the campus manager, but I don’t know why. I had to park my car outside or something, and the security didn’t guide us properly. Everything felt unfair.
