I was disappointed when they swapped my room for a dirty one that wasn’t clean at all.

There was nothing to return. The website listed toiletries, towels, housekeeping, etc., yet none were provided. I had to ask at the counter for toiletries and only got a single bar of soap, which was already expired. The room was filthy and uncomfortable, and the interior photos were misleading—more like a storage room. The bathroom was tiny, with a sink outside the shower that leaked. There was no AC remote, the wardrobe was broken and rattling, and overall it was awful. Please don’t stay here; it isn’t worth the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, which was a bit tricky to find, but it was well worth the effort. The room itself was immaculately clean, with not a single speck of dust or dirt in sight. The hotel's unique layout and charming atmosphere made up for its slightly hard-to-reach location, making for a truly memorable stay.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a chaotic environment and subpar service from the staff. The hotel's ability to host karaoke sessions was initially appealing, but it only added to the noise and chaos. During my three-day stay, I didn't have a single moment of peace. The hotel's pictures and my actual experience were worlds apart, and it seemed like they were posting different content altogether.

I was really impressed by the hotel's aesthetic, it had a great look to it. However, I found the atmosphere to be somewhat dull and uninviting, which made my stay feel a bit flat.
