The place is in a great spot, but the food left a lot to be desired.

It was a lovely spot with friendly staff and tasty meals, yet the white tube lights in the wooden cabins felt off; switching to warm tubes and adding lighting around the property would make it far more charming and cozy.

The maintenance was poor and the staff untrained, and there was no maintenance at all.

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot near a river and the food was good, but we were told at booking that three nights would cost 34 000 rupees (about €330) and expected a top‑class place; instead, the rate for the same dates turned out to be €11 000 for three nights. I only managed to get a refund of 8 500 rupees from the hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned for three days, there were cockroaches, and the bathroom was very basic. It’s also far from attractions (a 2‑hour round‑trip by tuk‑tuk) and the service was careless. As a long‑time Booking user, I’ve never seen such a poor value for money.
