I booked and paid in full. When I arrived to check‑in, they told me the room was wet from rain and offered me a different branch with the same room category and amenities. I had to travel an extra 40 minutes to check‑in because I was exhausted; when I finally got the room it was terrible (the price here was lower than what I had booked earlier). When I said I couldn't stay, they said I could either stay or get a refund. I emailed for a refund, but it hasn't been processed yet. This feels like a scam.

I stayed in the city center and the room had a nice soaking tub, but it was a bit damp.

The management was awful; I booked a room, arrived, and they said the app price was too low, couldn't find my reservation, and the room was gone. They forced me to rebook at a higher rate, which was ridiculous.
