The location was great. The caravan felt homely, clean, and warm. There was nothing we didn’t like.

I liked the fact it was bright and well decorated and newer model caravan the seats outside were a nice touch. Basically it wasn’t clean shower screen dirty floors were filthy holes in the net curtains in bedroom window way way to many diffusers and air things sofa was stained and mat and full of dog hair I no it says dog friendly but it needs to be cleaned out after!! I have asthma and it was so so bad staying there after a day I had to call 111 and get help me and my partner came out in a rash from something and the toilets and showers smelled like sewerage, staff were rude and un helpful and were not even remotely concerned that I had been ill and wouldn’t accommodate us when I asked to b moved or refunded if we went home because of my health so disappointed and disgusted at the discrimination we or myself experienced as being disabled and couldn’t breath it was like so what u can go we have ur money now!!! Also it states it’s in the California cliffs park but it’s not it’s on the other side of the road from the park and not near anything or is it 5 minutes to the beach
