The lady running the place was gracious, helpful, and caring; she assisted me with items and walker tips the first morning and stayed friendly when my sister‑in‑law visited the next day. The food was good both days. In our room, getting in and out of the tub was difficult, the shampoo was too high, a safety bar would have helped, and there wasn’t enough hot water. I should have asked about a handicap room.

The breakfast was very good and everything was very clean. The picnic area had no light at night; only one worked, and it was dark.

It was clean 👌. Our room had no functional curtains, so we slept with outside lights shining in. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was a dip. The shower water wasn’t hot.

The spot was great, but the room wasn’t cleaned on the second day—maybe that’s normal after a long time away from traveling. The free breakfast was solid, though.

Nothing. The only issue was that we couldn’t check in until late at night because the system was down when we arrived between 3 and 4 o’clock. I called at 9:30 p.m. and it was still down; by the time I got there it was 10 p.m. and I could finally check in. I don’t want a full refund but would like some kind of discount. Also, I had to go to the back of the toilet because it wouldn’t close, so the water couldn’t fill the tank and the toilet couldn’t flush.
