We really enjoyed the panorama in such a natural setting; the suggested tours were all excellent. The chalet was cozy and spotless, and we appreciated the welcome from Hars and his wife. However, I’m sorry to say the evening didn’t meet your expectations. We would have liked more comfortable seating to enjoy the magnificent view at Hars Garden – a hammock or armchairs would have been welcome, and a table with two chairs would have been a luxury.

Every corner reflects the care and passion invested in creating this place. What makes Hars Garden even more special is Hars, the owner, whose rare kindness and availability shine through. He organized everything flawlessly, recommending the best spots to visit and always helping with great care. Thanks to his advice, we discovered a more authentic and special Sumba. And the food: breakfasts and dinners are delicious, personally prepared by Hars with fresh produce from his garden. Everything is genuine, well-crafted, and passionately made. It’s an authentic, beautiful, and atmospheric place where you truly feel welcomed. If you go to Sumba, Hars Garden is absolutely a must-see. We’ll remember this stay for a long time.
