They were super friendly and helpful, even giving us a quick tour of the building and our room right when we checked in.

Breakfast was very simple and basic, the site was close to old houses damaged by the earthquake, and the parking was far from the hotel. The staff were more specialized but not multifunctional.
The hotel was functional next to Avenida Circunvalar. We only stayed one night for proximity to the airport, and it served its purpose perfectly. The staff were very friendly and the terrace breakfast was excellent. There is a closed parking lot if you arrive by car.
The breakfast was tasty and complete, and everything else was great.
The location was good, but the service and attention were a bit chaotic.
It’s near the dining area, a quiet sector. Note that the parking isn’t available at the hotel yet (under construction) and you’ll need to park about three blocks away; the area is safe and pleasant.
