The whole stay was far below any reasonable standard. I chose the room because it advertised a “spa bath,” but there was none, which felt like a clear false claim and misled me. At check‑in the desk was unmanned, forcing me to wait over 10 minutes for someone to appear, showing poor staffing. Over two nights the housekeeping never entered the room on the second day and didn’t provide clean towels; the bathroom was dirty and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t reach the front desk, and one of the key cards was dead, indicating basic setup errors. The breakfast was low quality and the overall service and facilities were far below what the price should deliver.
