Хотела е страхотен. Аз пътувах във връзка с мое обучение и отседнах сама в хотела за две нощувки. Спрях се на него единствено от отзивите на клиенти, затова и аз оставям такъв.Изключително удобна локация.В апартамента имаше всичко от първа необходимост. Чистотата е топ. Чек ин и Чек аут си направих сама, което също е доста удобно.Кореспонденцията с хотела беше по имейл. Определено това е мястото и занапред когато ми се наложи да отседна в Бургас. Нямам никакви забележки

“Great location, jacuzzi and stellar host”
The place nailed it – right in the centre, spotless, and the host was super friendly. The room combined antique furniture with a newly upgraded kitchen and even a jacuzzi, plus a tiny courtyard. Any question we had was dealt with instantly, and the owner gave spot‑on tips on local specialists and attractions. The sea and a fancy park are just a short 300‑metre walk away, so we’ll definitely be back.
“Nightmare at Hogo Fogo”
I like the hotel. Clean, etc. I stayed there for 5 nights in late August and it was okay. I booked a room for one night on 5.09. I called the person in charge, named Petya, and told her that I had a flight from Sofia to Burgas scheduled for 20:45. The flight was an hour late. At Sarafovo airport there were no taxi cabs. I waited for the bus and it arrived around 23:50. The bus took almost an hour to reach Burgas centre. I saw some friends and had a couple of drinks with them at a place 1 min away from the hotel. Next: I was not able to open the box 2 outside containing my key. I had a pin code sent, 9002. I talked to the girl and she instructed me live what to push and what to drag, so the box could open. Tried for 20 min and in the end she said that I am not sober and hung the Viber conversation abruptly. Then, almost desperate with a heavy bag and a bass guitar on my shoulders, I went over to my friends in the nearby place. One of the girls found me a hotel room, not far away. The other came with me to maybe help me open the box. And she successfully did that in a few minutes. I entered the lobby, went to my prepaid room. The chip didn’t work at all. Tried it 10 times. Red. Blocked. No answer on the phone from Petya. Then one of the girls gave me a ride to hotel Bijou, where I spent the night. I want my money back!

I felt like a Queen, wonderful bed & pillows, fantastic shower! Everything was so first‑class, including the sweet hostess! She went above and beyond to assist with any questions I had. Very clean and perfect location. If there was just one thing more, I personally would enjoy a small microwave oven to warm up leftovers. Yes, the apartment is fully equipped with pots & pans and burners, but then it requires cleaning… and we’re, after all, on vacation!
