The breakfast and dinner were good, but when we arrived—having booked months in advance—they told us the place was full and we couldn't stay. They offered us a nearby dome instead, but we had to move for both meals. The neighboring domes were plastic, not wood, and poorly sealed, letting in many insects.

The place was very nice, with a comfortable bed, a tidy room, and decent food. However, they had forgotten our reservation, so no one was ready for us upon arrival. It took a while to get the room ready and to serve dinner, even though we came late. Also, the site was not very close to the Salkantay trek, requiring a bit more walking to get there.

The domes were very pretty, the staff excellent and friendly, and the food was delicious. Thank you!

The domes were super cozy and well-equipped, perfect for unwinding after a hike. Although the entrance area got a bit wet during the rain, we were warned about it beforehand and even got some towels as a precaution, so it wasn't a big deal.
