The location is good, with local restaurants and within easy walking distance to the old town. The accommodation is modern and well‑furnished, and breakfast options are solid. The lift to the building was really useful, and free on‑street parking is a plus. The host was very helpful, met us at arrival, and explained everything. Nothing to dislike.

The room was new, modern, and well‑equipped with plenty of space, very clean, and the on‑site underground parking was available for a small fee; the Italian breakfast was excellent, and the location right in front of the historic centre with its many ceramic shops is unbeatable, while the host was friendly and helpful from the first email exchange.

Breakfast was well‑served with a wide variety of choices, the room was spotless, everything was great, the spot was strategic with all services a short walk from the historic centre, and the quality‑price ratio was excellent, leaving us satisfied.

The property is well‑maintained, clean, and well‑organized; my partner and I found free parking easily despite the central location, but the significant nighttime noise on Saturday evening prevented us from sleeping peacefully.
