The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were few power outlets in the room and they were hard to reach. A tiny bin in the bathroom was inconvenient. The shower barely worked.

Nothing positive. The staff were rude and it took 20 minutes to check in. Loud music played all night and the value for money was the worst I’ve seen. Avoid it.

The only plus is the location. A very unpleasant gentleman at reception left a bad taste in our mouths, showing zero respect or professionalism. The room lacked even a kettle, and we couldn’t use the restaurant because a wedding was taking place, which we were not informed about at booking or at check‑in. When we tried to go to the restaurant, the staff told us it was closed because of the wedding. The TV in the room didn’t work, so we couldn’t use it. The bedding was poorly folded. Headphones under the shower couldn’t be hung because they were broken. Overall, terrible.

Cleanliness was fine. The reception staff, with management’s approval, tried to scam me with a fake “no‑show” cancellation. I was charged twice despite my insistence that they not do so. I consider this a complete scam (Booking).
