We found it very good, the room was clean and had a beautiful lake view. The owner personally cooks the breakfast pastries without lactose. Even though the autumn weather was chilly in the evenings, the duvet and the bathroom water were very warm, we were comfortable in the room. A bit noisy guests in the room next to ours, but that was not the owner's fault

A gorgeous spot with an amazing view of Lake Barrea, the mountains, and deer. Breakfast was only sweet, but that's probably normal in Italy.

A fantastic place to take a break, with breathtaking views, even of the deer in the park opposite the beautiful panorama from the room window. My partner and I were very happy, the breakfast was excellent and the property was very comfortable. Whenever we need a getaway, we'll come back here!

A guesthouse in the historic centre of Villetta Barrea with a room overlooking the lake and the rest of the town. The room was very clean and functional. Breakfast featured cakes made by the owner. The shower was a bit small, just enough to find hair in the egg.
