The room was clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the beach and pool. The staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming. However, an unpleasant smell came from the carpet. The bedding was only moderately comfortable, and the room’s equipment was somewhat old. The buffet had many options, but unfortunately the quality and taste of the dishes did not meet expectations.

My wife and I, who have visited this place for about ten years, are always well taken care of, especially by the reception team’s professionalism. Our room, 502, was kept tidy as usual and the air‑conditioning worked flawlessly. The only downside this time was the loud, chaotic music blasting all day long; I’d suggest installing a larger TV and improving the satellite connection.

I have to say I was profoundly disappointed by my stay at this supposedly five‑star hotel, which in my view doesn’t even merit three stars. The food was far below the standard one expects from a luxury property and simply not good. My room reeked of dampness, making the night uncomfortable. The pool was full of sand and clearly neglected, and there weren’t enough towels available—a completely unacceptable situation for a five‑star hotel. Overall, the experience was disastrous and very disappointing; the service and cleanliness were nowhere near what a five‑star hotel should offer.
