The staff were very friendly. Frankly, it feels like a slowly sinking ship; everything is shabby with holes in the curtains, crumbs, old capsules on the floor in the room, and stains on the carpet. The breakfast was just a handful of cakes and yogurt – it’s even sad.

I found the bed to be comfortable, but we had to stay an extra night in the same room and it wasn’t cleaned; the nightly rate was higher than the previous night.

The bed was comfortable and Geraldine was very helpful. The showerhead needed replacing, the toilet needed fixing or replacement, the standing lamp didn’t work, there were no tissues and too few bath towels when we arrived, and the cold breakfast had very limited options.
