The location was great, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. However, the check‑in communication was terrible; we received no information about our stay, didn't know the Wi‑Fi access or breakfast times, and the receptionist forgot to give us the included breakfast vouchers. We only noticed this the next day at the restaurant when the waiter asked for a voucher and we didn't understand what he meant, so we had to go back to the front desk to sort it out and get the vouchers issued afterward.
