Everything was the same: location, facilities, and especially the staff earned a perfect 10/10. For now, it’s fine.

I liked the service; it’s a warm, beautiful, and quiet place. I feel it could use a bit more privacy—perhaps a curtain over the beds would be perfect; that’s the only flaw I noticed.

The only good thing was the location. The staff were quite disorganized and unhelpful; they moved me to another room at 10 p.m. without warning, stole my belongings, and when I asked for help the reception was drunk. It was terrible, except for the Costa Rican guy who was the only person who helped me resolve the issues.

The private room was comfortable, but there was a lot of noise at night in the reception area, so I couldn’t sleep.

The spot is great and the room feels clean and comfy, but the bathrooms are a big let‑down – they’re far from spotless. At night, the street noise bleeds in through the window because the frame doesn’t seal well, so it’s pretty loud.
