The room was crystal clear, but the view was disappointing.

A suitable option just for an overnight stay. There were no towels in the room, and the surroundings were quite noisy. General maintenance was lacking—the curtains were barely hanging on

Although the bathroom is pretty and new, it has many shortcomings: no towel holder, no toilet paper holder, no shower gel holder. The lobby has no coat rack. There was only one plant in the room and no glasses at all. The soundproofing is extremely poor; everything from neighboring rooms, the ground‑floor restaurant, and the street is audible and disruptive.

The proximity to the policlinico, the cleanliness, and the modern furnishings were all positives, but there was no toilet paper.
