I recently stayed at a hotel that had no contact information readily available. Although this was a bit unusual, it didn't affect my stay in any significant way. However, I did notice that the hotel staff could have been more proactive in keeping me informed about the hotel's policies and services.

My stay at Hotel O was a huge letdown. The hotel's lack of transparency about its affiliation with OYO was misleading, and the overall experience fell far short of my expectations. The hotel was understaffed, which resulted in extremely slow service. To make matters worse, the room was small and lacked basic amenities like water bottles. The bathroom was also dirty, and the bed sheets were stained and yellowish.
