Almost nothing except two friendly staff members; the heating didn’t work, shower water couldn’t be adjusted (only hot), the shower door was faulty, and there was no reception—any help required a walk of about 1 km to another front desk.

Very good, quiet; the only downside was the distance from the center.

The toilet, shower and sink were clean and the beds had fresh linens, but we found a lot of dead pill bugs and other small creatures scattered around, plus several spider webs in the room. The bathroom floor still had hair and lint, and the bed sheets had multiple holes. The self‑check‑in kiosk didn’t work. After calling the listed number with no answer, a staff member from the nearby partner hotel arrived—he was friendly but couldn’t help. We had to go to the partner hotel to get a key card, and the whole process took over 30 minutes.

I’ve stayed here four times now, and it’s always a solid place to sleep with comfortable beds. The downside is that the guests above us threw a loud party, drinking and moving furniture from 9 pm until just before 1 am, then left. If the owners get in touch about this, maybe I’ll stay again.

The room is very noisy, the curtains don’t fully block out light, the shower screen doesn’t close properly, and the shower head has mold buildup.
