A huge room with a balcony, and parking right in front of the building. The breakfast was plenty and had everything you could need. Nothing negative to mention.

Family‑run, the rooms had balconies or terraces, the bathrooms were beautiful, everything was very clean, the breakfast was excellent with all the heart desires, the central location was great, the scenery was lovely, and many activities were possible.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was fabulous, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The Schwangau Guestpass was a nice bonus, giving free bus rides and discounts on nearby attractions. No complaints at all.

The mattress was excellent, and the large room with balcony was lovely and quiet. I could darken the room, and the view looked toward Neuschwanstein in the distance. Breakfast included eggs, bread rolls, and always a special item like Wienerle. In the afternoon there were free Gugelhupf and coffee as long as supplies lasted. Parking was available. However, the only coffee option was Filtercafe, no cappuccino. There was no light in front of the back house, and the stairs were dark. Check‑out was at 10 am. Breakfast ran in three shifts that required registration, and there was no tap water in the room.

The proximity to the castles was great, and the hotel itself was very pleasant.
