“A ruined vacation and money wasted.”

Nothing, this hotel is simply terrible and nothing like the photos advertised online!. The worst hotel of our entire trip! The reality was nothing like the photos advertised online. The rooms looked like something straight out of a horror movie, the lights barely worked and kept flickering, and the staff showed absolutely no willingness to help. As soon as we saw the condition of the hotel, we asked to cancel our booking and receive a full refund. However, the manager at the reception desk (if you can even call that place a reception) simply kept telling us that there was nothing she could do and that the decision was up to management. When we asked her to call management, she claimed she couldn't do that either. How is that even possible? In the end, after a frustrating and exhausting back-and-forth, we managed to get back only half of our money, with over €200 being withheld. This is absolutely unacceptable. The misleading photos, appalling condition of the rooms, completely unhelpful staff, and unfair refund handling made this the worst hotel experience of our entire trip. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking

“Schrecklich”

We left immediately; it was simply awful, a real shack. The receptionist was friendly, but everything else was far worse. I’ve never seen such a bad hotel—terrible, stinky, and filthy.

The room was clean, but the building feels old and both inside and outside look unkempt; the breakfast area and the food itself were just okay.
