Everything was very clean. The thing I really didn’t like was that check‑in was too late; we had to schedule a time to enter the room, and when I quietly mentioned it in a message we received from them to see if we could do it earlier, they didn’t make it easier. Then we were given a room on the top floor with no elevator, so we had to haul our luggage and bags up two flights of stairs, which made the price feel a bit high for what was offered.

The staff were very friendly, the décor was pleasant, and the location was great, close to the centre. Breakfast was served, tasty, and plentiful. The overall design of the place is very appealing, and I would stay again.
