The staff were proactive and eager to help; they prepared a breakfast kit because we had to leave before breakfast time to go to Machu Picchu. Nothing to complain about, but the stairs are very steep and could be an issue for those with reduced mobility.

There was no window in the room that was advertised as luxurious, and the staff went from very friendly at first to unpleasant later—definitely a scam.
