Ermes Luxury Hotel

The room was huge, with a massive bed that was super comfy, and the bathroom was big too. Breakfast was decent in the morning, and overall it was amazing for the price. It would have been nice to have a pool to cool off, since walking to the beach in the heat was tough sometimes, but I get that most hotels in the area don’t have pools. Still, it was a great hotel.

The only thing that stood out was that the towels and bed linen were clean. We were very disappointed overall. The hotel’s location was inconvenient, and even though they say they have parking, when we asked they just told us to park wherever we wanted. The staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming, making us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. When we asked where the nearest shop was, the answer was “I don’t know,” with a dismissive hand gesture. A manager was shouting at the staff, creating a very unpleasant atmosphere that was far from the first impression we expected. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the towels and bed linen were clean, which was probably the only positive. However, there was a lot of noise outside, so we couldn’t keep the window open. The room was also quite cold when using the air conditioning, and there were no warmer blankets available. Overall, the lack of hospitality and the staff’s attitude made our stay very disappointing.

The second time I return to this hotel everything is perfect; the quality‑price ratio is great and the location is excellent.
