“Contato com a natureza”

The view of the hill and the city was incredible, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was full, and the lodge’s restaurant meal was prepared on the spot and better than the one downstairs. I made a complaint and was attended to. The activities were cool—horses, arborism, quad biking, and a clean pool. The animals were well cared for, and the pillows were soft; I brought my own but didn’t need to. When there’s a kids’ excursion, they should offer meals at the lodge’s restaurant.

The entertainment setup for kids was decent, and the staff were courteous. The room smelled like mothballs, the cleaning was subpar, the bathroom leaked while showering, the linens could be newer and trendier, the walls were unpainted, moldy, and peeling. When we arrived the room was locked but full of mosquitoes inside; the single beds looked dirty and damp.
