“Though it was a bit pricey for one night, we slept comfortably.”

The beds were adequate for sleeping and the pool let my child enjoy it, though the pool required someone from the office to open it because it wasn’t key‑accessible. Hair strands remained on the bedsheets, giving the impression the beds weren’t properly cleaned, and some areas of the room were dusty and uncleaned.

“Traumatizing.”

Nothing was absolutely awful, but the experience was terrible: no staff present, we had to talk to someone on a screen that was hard to understand, check‑in took about 2 hours, and our room had only one bed instead of the two we booked online. When we tried to fix it, they claimed all double rooms were out, and even when we asked for a discount they had no rooms left. The whole ordeal was the worst, most stressful experience I’ve had, leaving me traumatized. To top it off, we had to walk over homeless people to reach our room, which we heard all night, and it made me not want to stay in hotels again.

“They should give me a free room cause I’m always there on the weekends”

That it was close to the freeway. That my room was dirty when I checked in and they didn’t give me an upgrade
