A lovely flat under the roof with two balconies: one sunny for breakfast, the other for evening until sunset. The vibe feels family‑friendly, and a small grocery store is right next door. With an e‑bike it takes 5 min to reach Lienz, the state capital. On the downside, there’s no dishwasher, no range hood over the stove, and the narrow staircase from the first floor to the attic is a bit cramped.

“Ottimo”

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a few‑day holiday. It’s a couple of kilometres from Lienz city centre, easily reachable by car or public transport. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The place was quiet, spacious, and well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way for us.

“Zona fantastica, appartamento ideale”

My partner and I were very happy in this apartment. It had everything we needed, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the area was more than quiet enough to rest after long walks around the beautiful surroundings of Lienz. We used public transport and it was very convenient to receive the Welcome Card included in the booking: the bus put us in the centre in 5 minutes, and a half‑hour walk on the bike‑pedestrian path was also possible. The owner was extremely kind. Wi‑fi was weak in the living room and bedroom, but that’s a minor detail.
