Clean, modern, and easy to reach from the highway—perfect for a quick stop on a long drive. The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly.

The rooms were nice and spacious, and we even got adjoining ones. Breakfast was good, reasonably priced, and the staff were especially attentive. The gym felt a bit cramped. During our 4‑night stay in two rooms, only one room was cleaned once, which was very disappointing for a hotel of this calibre. Wi‑Fi dropped several times, so I had to rely on my 5G. Hoffman Estates is quite far from downtown.

I landed in Chicago for the first time and the spot was spot on. I appreciated the calm vibe and the modern tea/coffee machine. The staff were helpful; the morning receptionist fixed a laptop hiccup, and the night‑time front desk was attentive with my luggage. Still, paying over £150 a night, I expected a proper breakfast and complimentary water bottles. The $17 breakfast was limited and the overall experience felt like the worst I've had worldwide.
