The only highlight was the outdoor garden. The cleanliness and service level did not meet the required standard.

The staff were cooperative, but the rooms were poorly clean, with four rooms having dirty linens and towels, no sound insulation causing constant noise, and the breakfast fell short of expectations. The hotel’s facilities were modest and did not justify a five‑star rating.

Everyone was friendly and understanding, and each staff member tried to help you; the check‑in process was quick, especially thanks to the courteous and friendly Panji. The breakfast quality did not match what you’d expect from a 5‑star licensed hotel, the reception furniture was dirty—particularly the fabric—and most furnishings and décor were wood‑based. Bathroom towel hygiene was old, and some were unclean despite that.
