“Staff make up for lack in management”

The room was very spacious and quiet. @management, the staff could use some language training; aside from reception, wellness and Koča restaurant, English was not easy. Still, the lovely staff tried to help as much as possible. When I booked I didn’t realize I had access to the indoor pool, so that was a nice surprise. I mention the language barrier because signage is really bad. On arrival I had no idea where reception was, a cleaning person helped me get sorted. @management, there are four different hotels/accommodation on the property that share a reception, which is not clear when booking or during check‑in.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, but the accommodation in the dependent room feels somewhat outdated.

“Tökéletes ár-érték arányban.”

We’ve been skiing here for eight years with friends and it’s been perfect for us; we’ve tried several lodging types at this place, both hotels and apartments, and each one has been suitable. We especially enjoy the ski‑package times.

The hotel is close to the ski slope, but nobody answered my messages on Booking all week. In the room the floor was hot while the air was cold, the shower water was barely lukewarm, there were many stairs right at the entrance, the bed was too soft, the mattress too firm, and the height was too high.

The two‑storey apartment is spacious and fits a family of up to five. It was very warm, so we had to turn off the radiators. The bathroom is roomy and warm, and the apartment price includes a swim in the hotel pool. The saunas are nice. You can’t drive to the apartment, so you must carry all luggage from the car to the unit by hand. Sounds from neighboring apartments and the hallway can be heard, the equipment is old, the water in the large hotel pool is cold, and there is a smaller pool that is warmer. There is no hot pool or jacuzzi.
