The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

“After the initial check-in, I stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was the same for the two nights that we spent, but t”

I appreciate the avid style and modern setup of the hotel, and this is my third stay at an avid property, but the evening staff at arrival seemed disorganized and unprofessional. I called a couple of hours before arrival to request an early check‑in; they said it wasn’t possible, yet when I got there I heard the two front‑desk clerks say they were just beginning to assign rooms. No other guests were waiting for early check‑in or rooms to be assigned, and it felt like they intentionally delayed starting the room assignments after the official check‑in time, which was very frustrating given my advance call.

The location is close to the attractions, the lobby is clean, and the staff is friendly; I also liked the all‑day beverage station. However, breakfast was subpar because there was no waffle station or pancake maker, and the room lacked a microwave.

“Friendly staff super clean and I feel safe”

I stayed in a spot that was spotless and super comfortable, and honestly nothing could have been better.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and for the price I paid it was a great deal, though the mattress was just average.
