We had a truly pleasant and relaxing stay! Piero and his wife were simply wonderful: friendly, helpful and always attentive to our needs. They made us feel at home right away and we missed nothing! The room was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The location is fantastic: the place is central and just a two‑step walk from the station, so very convenient for moving around. We really enjoyed the pleasant chats, the spot‑on advice and their willingness to find solutions for any request. It was a pleasure meeting them and staying with them. I’ll definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend it!

The accommodation is very comfortable, just a 5‑minute walk from the train station. You can easily stroll to the main spots from there; the hotel staff were excellent, overly friendly and attentive. I would definitely return.
The welcome was great. The hosts were super kind. The front doors were a bit too noisy; a bit of lubricant would help. Prices in Florence have reached outrageous levels.

The stay was super enjoyable thanks to the two hosts Paolo and Marcela who met all our needs. They accompanied us without being intrusive during our weekend in Florence, recommending restaurants, routes, transport and more. The water available at the reception was also appreciated. Even though it’s on the street floor, we slept soundly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very large. The bathroom was a bit small. The place is clearly a bit dated and has some flaws, but the coffee machine, microwave, fridge, kettle and hair dryer with diffuser make up for it. The shower needs a bit of work – a better spray head with a pull‑out and removing the curtain would help.
