“I would never stay there again.”

I want a refund. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and disgusted in my life coming to a hotel. The strong stench in the hallway and the spiders in the bathroom made it unbearable.

They cancelled my stay for those days and I had to rebook on Thursday, paying $575. For the three days I originally booked, they only charged me for one day at $250 and were supposed to give me a partial refund, but they didn’t. I’d like my $250 back because I never got to use those days. I want my refund sent back to my card for those days.

“Filthy and uncomfortable with party druggies out front and police 5 cars”

The place had cockroaches, floor spacers, and an old look. The floors were filthy, the beds and pillows were terrible, and there were party guys drinking, smoking, and using drugs outside—nothing good. Homeless people were on the streets, managers could be reached but were unhelpful. Wi‑Fi and TV were awful; the Wi‑Fi name was spelled backwards and the TV wobbled and didn’t pivot. The TV was tiny, the bed and pillows were bad, the sheets were poor. The toilet ran, the shower head was awful, and the whole place was just dirty.

The overall experience was decent, earning me an 8.0/10, though the room was a bit noisy.
