The staff really saved the day - they were super helpful and listened when I had issues with my room, fixing everything right away.
The hotel was spotless and the staff were really on top of things - plus, they were all lovely and caring.
The breakfast here is a real plus, thanks to the great team, especially Yasmeen and Sonya, who are super attentive and helpful.
The room was comfy, but I had a weird issue with the temperature - it seemed like they turned the heating off at some point, and I couldn't get it below 21.5 degrees, even when I turned it down to 19.

It was pretty. Bath tum not attqched so couldnt use it. 1 scotch $2700inr (sydney is cheaper) Long way away from everything Over priced
I was annoyed that the hotel’s taxi service charged almost three times what a regular taxi would cost; we were quoted 2,500 rupees for a trip to the mall, yet a driver we found at the gate only asked for 700 rupees. This feels unfair, especially for newcomers who don’t know the local rates. Aside from that, everything else—service quality and other aspects—was pretty good.
It felt cozy, clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were tasty and the staff were friendly, though the grounds were too small for a proper walk.
The location is great, but the breakfast options are limited.

The in‑room dining menu was limited, but they did deliver from the on‑site restaurants to my room, and the mutton seekh kebab was a real treat—kudos to the chef! Overall, the food quality was top notch. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, though it works well for people heading to Okhla or nearby areas.
