I want to thank you right away for our visit; everything was flawless. Directions were clear, the staff warm, and the house gorgeous and spotless. Nothing was missing. All kitchen gear was excellent—sharp knives, plenty of dishes, labeled spice jars, coffee, and oil. My kids and I loved the King Fisher site and the farm; the kids enjoyed feeding goats and walking donkeys, and they played with the dogs every day. Thanks for everything.

I appreciated that the property sits on the water and feels somewhat secluded. From the porch, I could see the volcano and wildlife. Inside the lodging, there were many mosquitoes, with numerous dead ones on the floor when we arrived. Only one air conditioner worked until we almost left.

We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the volcano’s changing view, monkeys, and birds. Everything was fantastic.

The hosts communicated very clearly, giving useful details on how to reach the location and local taxi and activity references. I adored the farm animals—they were so cute! The house felt luxurious, waking up to waves on Lake Nicaragua and sipping coffee was a dream. We definitely want to return and bring friends. The only downsides were typical island life: brief power outages, some spiders and bugs, but that doesn’t take away from the stay—it would happen anywhere on the island.
