They handed me a room that wasn’t the one I paid for, the lock didn’t work, the lights went out and there was no air conditioning for most of the night, the food was awful and the service was bad – a real disappointment, but I travel a lot and that’s the truth.

The location was very good, the food was also fine with good taste and quantity, and there was really nothing to complain about; I think the price was very reasonable.

Breakfast service was fine, but the room and bathroom had wet floors because the air conditioner was running all the time and leaking water; the bathroom also had a water leak. There were very few people, the hotel staff were friendly, but the rest of the staff were very unfriendly.
