The hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, the food is exceptional and reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend staying there to everyone!

Everything was perfect, beautiful and elegant; the rooms were simple yet lovely, the bedding was fantastic, the meals—especially the vegan dishes—were delicious, and the evening city lights made the view enchanting. The staff were extraordinary, kind, very classy and full of personality, and I learned a lot about life in Siwa, its history and architecture.

I am furious and not satisfied. The absolute worst experience – avoid at all costs. The hotel arranged a disastrous private transfer for 6 guests in a 14‑seat minivan for 9000 EGP. The driver was extremely unprofessional and unsafe, driving for hours on narrow desert roads while constantly using his phone and taking calls, making random unannounced stops and keeping us all waiting for his personal breaks. We respected his no food/drink rule, yet he imposed unreasonable restrictions like no reclining seats and strict behaviour control. He spoke zero English, causing severe communication problems. When we needed a quick currency exchange in Cairo to settle the final payment, he became aggressive and falsely accused us of scamming. The hotel hid the critical rule of only one single drop‑off point; after partial payment they refused to send us to our separate hotels, forcing three of us to exit and pay for extra taxis. The overpriced hotel also has terrible conditions: no air conditioning, sweltering hot rooms, poor signal and weak Wi‑Fi. Worst stay in Egypt. 100 % avoid this unprofessional, dishonest hotel.

Friendly, helpful, and welcoming, but I would have liked a fluffy sleeping pillow option.
