The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, the room and bathroom were clean, but the timer light in the shared bathroom switched off too quickly.

The proximity to the city was a plus, but the toilet didn’t work, towels weren’t replaced and we only received a single bath sheet for two people.

Emplacement a 5min a pied du vieux port. Super emplacement, mais malheureusement parking payant et non gratuit autour de l'établissement comme annoncé, personnel polis a l écoute, mais impossible de déjeuner avant 8h30 les 2 jours , tous ce fait en vitesse et de plus la personne étais seul lors de notre séjour absent de 17h00 a ? Donc meme pas possible de boire un apero avant d'aller en ville ,vraiment dommage ,et aussi il serait bien d indiquer que l accès aux chambres et uniquement par un escallier en collimasson relativement étroit pas pratique avec les bagages

“Deluso, non lo consiglierei”

The bed was oversize, but the building sits above a bar and has a side entrance that passes in front of the kitchen. The stairs are very steep, our bathroom was appalling with exposed, damaged pipes, a nonexistent sink, and when I bent to brush my teeth I hit my forehead against the wall.

The central location in Honfleur was a plus, but everything was completely different from our stay last year. We had stayed at L’Ex‑Voto then and had a very positive impression, which is why we chose this place again. Unfortunately the room was unacceptable upon arrival: the bed was heavily wrinkled and didn’t look freshly made, the kettle still had water, a used towel and bed linen were left in a corner, the wardrobe was stuffed with linens and other textiles and therefore unusable, some curtains were not attached, the flower pots in front of the windows contained dried plant remnants that hadn’t been removed despite their condition. The bathroom was especially problematic: visible mold was present in the shower, the shower hose was heavily soiled or moldy. We documented the condition with photos and decided not to stay. Because we had to find another accommodation in Honfleur at short notice and there was little availability, we incurred additional costs for another hotel. It was very disappointing, as our stay last year was completely different and that was the reason we returned.
