“A complete waste of my money that I will not get back.”

The staff were professional, but roaches appeared in my room every day and night—on the table where I was supposed to eat, in the bathroom while I was using it, on the kitchen sink and floor, around the bed where I should have slept, on the nightstands where I couldn’t even leave my phone plugged in, on the curtains where I was supposed to hang my clothes, and on the curtain above the air conditioner. I couldn’t enjoy my stay and had to leave after 5 days and nights to stop paying for a place I couldn’t use. I didn’t even leave any of my belongings in the room. The staff were very professional, but I can’t waste any more money at that location.

“Enjoyed being snowed in here. We were comfortable and always felt safe and staff was helpful!!”

The staff were friendly, the room was nice, and the TV was rotatable—a must for my home; the kids could move it to watch while eating when allowed, and we could turn it toward the beds depending on who was watching, making it easy to attach my laptop as a monitor. Maintenance was helpful, giving my children snacks and a broom to sweep the room because I had three toddlers and a preteen. I always get first‑floor rooms because I have four boys under five, but when we arrived they told me none were available, so we were on the second floor and got complaints from the rooms below and above us, which made me feel bad—something I try to avoid.

“Did not stay bugs”

I was charged but didn’t stay because of roaches and bedbugs; I have pictures. I never even checked in, but when I went to look at the room the picture over the bed was full of them. Nothing was inspected before I checked in, and they charged me after she said they would not.
