The food was fast, an outstanding selection, and well presented. The room was surrounded by wonderful aromatic trees (Sumpflärchen and Lebensbäume). The breakfast offered almost everything imaginable. All service staff were always friendly. A suggestion: the spa staff, both part‑time and full‑time, could benefit from basic foreign‑language training.

Каждый вечер живая музыка. Плохо работал кондиционер. Было жарко. Выручало открытое окно. Плохо работал телевизор. Приложение Youtube не загружалось. Впрочем, это не мешало отдыху. Матрас был хороший, однако подушки - плохие

The location is very good. All indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. In the restaurant, the tables, tablecloths were very clean, and the service was attentive. The carpet in the room and dining hall was partly dirty. In the bathroom, the shower grout and the area under the sink were partly moldy.

The breakfast and a‑la‑cart buffet were super tasty and varied. The carpet flooring and bathrooms feel a bit dated.
