Great location, close to the metro station. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and check-in is very easy. It feels just like being at home. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off!

The internet was not working.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Baldo Degli Ubaldi metro stop and about ten minutes from the Aura shopping centre. The neighbourhood has shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket, and the building feels dignified and quiet. The host was hardly present—she didn’t show up for check‑in or check‑out. At check‑in she sent directions via WhatsApp (which I appreciated), but at check‑out she sent nothing and didn’t answer our question about where to leave the room keys, effectively ghosting us. The poor communication caused pre‑authorisation issues that caused me a lot of discomfort with my bank; the pre‑authorisation was blocked for about 27 days because the host didn’t close it, so I had to wait the normal bank period for the funds to be released. The TV was old and the channels weren’t tuned. There was no Wi‑Fi; the password was on the main apartment door, but once entered it said “connected without internet,” so we had to use mobile data.
