“Great, great view!”

The spot is excellent, halfway along the island’s loop. There’s private parking behind the building, right next to the stairs to the upper floor. The Standard Twin Room with a sea view has a very large terrace shared with the King Room. The terrace is a highlight—the view is extraordinary, especially at sunset, and watching the ferry arrive is a real spectacle. The room is clean, and the bed linen is changed every two days. The owner genuinely tries to make guests feel comfortable and happy, and I’d stay here every time I visit Samothrace! The kitchenette and bathroom furnishings are outdated, but the owner keeps them functional. A partition on the terrace between the two rooms would be useful.

Close to the port, the hot shower was great. The building is old but very clean and gives a sense of security. The owner family is bright, very kind, and uplifting.

The staff, especially Olga, were very helpful, handing us spotless rooms and attending every request promptly; Mr. Kyrkos was also very accommodating. However, the value for money was poor, with constant noise from the downstairs bakery’s turbine, an old building, and no luggage rack in the room—at half the price it would have been a fair deal.
