The hotel’s location is on the first line with a balcony view, but the kitchen, staff, and overall cleanliness were poor—hot drinks were served in dirty kettles, insects, including wasps, buzzed around the food, and the breakfast became unpleasant after two visits. Rooms lacked a shower head that could be removed; water ran down the walls and onto the floor, so we had to bring extra towels. The pillows were like woolen slippers, though we asked for softer ones and received two more. The staff were sloppy and indifferent, and compared to other 3‑star hotels, this place would deserve a 2‑star rating; we won’t stay here again.
