“Rustikk overnatting med god beliggenhet.”

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a good location and a decent breakfast. The view from the breakfast terrace is amazing, overlooking Montepulciano. Too many emails were sent before and during the stay about check‑in and check‑out times and extra charges outside those times; a reminder is fine, but this was excessive. The apartment was dark and the garden view was advertised, yet the garden was small, dark, and surrounded by tall bushes and trees, not very inviting. The pool water didn’t look clean, even though we saw it being cleaned, so it wasn’t tempting to swim.

The staff were wonderful and the location was breathtakingly beautiful; our apartment was perfect and comfortable, and the pool was private and relaxing. It was all wonderful.

“Atencion del Personal”

The location, the facilities, and breakfast were great. We arrived 10 minutes late for check‑in because of traffic delays, had to call the manager by phone, and he treated us in a very bad way—angry and unwilling. The next day we asked about using the barbecue and were told there was charcoal. When we tried to use it, there was no charcoal, and they answered with a very reluctant tone that the charcoal was there. In the end we couldn't use it. We came from another country and expected to be attended to and helped as much as possible, which disappointed us a bit.

“New experience.”

Staff was exceptional, the bed mattress and pillow were very comfortable, the apartment was large, and some nice amenities were provided. The rooms were clean but could use a refresh; the couch was very old and lacked proper cushions, sat very low to the ground, and did not offer a proper sitting height.
