Unfortunately, our stay in this apartment was not positive. From the moment we arrived, the hostess greeted us unkindly and her attitude seemed cold and unhelpful. The situation worsened that evening when we parked our motorcycle in the apartment’s parking, even though we also had a van. We were then accused of bringing a third person into the accommodation, which felt unpleasant and unjustified. Beyond the apartment itself, we believe hospitality and communication with guests are essential, and in this case we didn’t feel treated properly. For this reason, our overall experience was negative.

The room was spotless and welcoming, the beds were super comfortable, the location was great and parking was right nearby. I would improve the welcome. “Good evening, how are you? Is this your first time in Trento? What time do you plan to leave? How was the trip?” were just a few examples of the minimum courtesy we’re used to. Instead we were met with a very cold reception. With our bags still in hand at the door: “Give us the documents right away, so we can get going!” It felt like a police check and a rush to leave. We mentioned we had an extra 2‑year‑old child beyond the reservation, but the inquisitive tone left us a bit rattled and uncomfortable. The child didn’t need any extra service and we were told not to add any extra fee, as has happened in all past experiences at other places. They wanted that addition communicated earlier, and I think that was fair. It was our fault, but knowing the check‑in would be in person we didn’t worry, having had past experiences with no issues. What really annoyed me was that our documents were held all night with no right. They should have registered us and returned them, but the return only happened the next day. We weren’t asked what time we intended to leave or any instructions for a late checkout. We had to wait for someone to return the documents. Luckily the wait was only 2 minutes because the reception opened right when we were ready to leave. What would have happened if we wanted to leave an hour earlier? All good, but humanely it was a bit disappointing.

“Acogedor y muy cómodo hospedaje en una ciudad hermosa”

Very cozy, with new and complete facilities. The location is in a quiet area very close to the train station and the city center.
