The place was quiet, and I didn’t have any noisy neighbours, which helped a lot because the area “cries out for children” and is great for them, even though I don’t have kids. The check‑in time was limited and had a hard cut‑off, something I’d never seen before. On the first attempt they said they couldn’t help me, so I looked for another option and later fought for a refund. On the second attempt they “agreed to compromise.” I found that frustrating and felt the host and the commercial side were out of sync.
