The slides were good, but the food was terrible.

The hotel was clean, but the furniture was very old, so it couldn’t possibly be a four‑star property; there was no Wi‑Fi for phones or laptops, the bed was uncomfortable, and the wardrobe door barely opened.

The staff were friendly, ready to help and answer any question, the location was good and it’s connected to the winter thermal riviera. The rooms were comfortable, nothing too fancy, a classic for this type of accommodation. The downside was that the dinner surcharge was expensive compared to what the dinner offered, and drinks after dinner were pricey (there were no drinks included with dinner).
